One of the most technology reulatons happens in information technology. This new era clearly appears In the increase of investment in telecommunication, hardware and software of computer for companies in many industrial sector including finance industry This reseach tried to analyze the influence of TI investment to company operational performace. Research method used was axplanatory research. Data used in this research was secondary data obtained from company annual report published in Jakarta Stock Exchange (BEJ), Singapore Stock Exchane and other supporting publications Population in this research was finace industry which “go pulic” in Jakarta Stock Exchae (BEJ) The number was 59 companies and 34 compaies in Singapore Stock Exchange whereas the sample number from Indonesia was 51 cmpanies ad from Singapore was 31 companies. Reseach result found that by doing TI investment selling growth, employes productivity ad value added could be increased, but the influenced that made cost down was not found.
