This research was designed to analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership, organizational commitment on job satisfaction and on employee performance of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat in Central Java. A descriptive-explanatory method was used in this study with five variables, i.e. organizational culture, leadership, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and employee performance.


Explanatory research is used to explain in the influence of organizational culture, leadeship, organizational commitment, on employee performance through job satisfaction. Atechnic of data analysis called "Structural Equation Modeling" was used in this study.


The analysis result indicates that : with respect to organizational culture factor dimensions, bureaucratic, innovative and supportive culture all showed significant contribution to organizational culture with supportive culture as the dominant contribution. As for the leadership dimensions, otoctatic leadership, democratie leadership, laissez-faire leadership, transformational leadership and transactional leadership, only two factor dimentions of leadership significant contribution to leadership with transformational leadership as the dominant contribution. Regarding the organizational commitment dimensions, loyalty to the organization, willingness to the defense organization and pride for the organization all showed significant contributions to organizational commitment with willingness to the defense as the dominant contribution. The factor dimensions of, i.e. salary and remuneration, frequency of attendance, love for the job, love for the environmental, how much respect the manager, level of participation and level of retention contributed significantly to the job satisfaction with love for the job as the most dominant. Organizational culture, leadership and organizational commitment directly affected job is employee satisfaction of BPR in Central Java. Organizational culture, leadership and organizational commitment indirectly affected employee performance through job satisfaction, but leadership being the dominant factor. Finally job satisfaction directly affected upon employee performance of BPR in Central Java.
