Pengaruh perubahan arus dan pengelasan ulang track roller bulldozer terhadap kekerasan permukaan

This research is conducted in order to fin out the existence of current changing effect and re-welding on track roller toward the average of surface stoffness on rebuild process, and it is also to find out the current variation and the correct re-welding to get the same stoffness level with main metal. The research result shows that the increasing of current changing and re-welding, cause the overage of welding deposit stoffnesson track roller tends to increase as well. The highest stoffness happens for the treatment on 450 Ampere welding current with 1-3 time re-welding and tends to decrease at 4th repetation. The same stoffness level with track roller (50,05 HRC) can be achieved at the first re-welding with 362 Ampere current, twice 337 Ampere current, 3 times witch 312 ampere, and times witch 350 Ampere current.
