The development of agriculture which is based on agribusiness require a comprehensive integration of its sub system, beginning from on defined as increasing food and crop products, but also has to pay attention on honey-bee business. Nektarindo Abadi located in Purwosari, district of Pasuruan, East java is one of honey cooperatives which was built by several honey-bee breeders. The honey-bee breeders require technical assistance on technological improvement, post harvest processing, and product marketing. These assistances may improve the farmer skills and reduce honey imports as some honey breeder regions in Pasuruan which so far have not been fully protected by the government. Honey production from Nektarindo Abadi ternds to be stable from year to year except at abnormal climates such as drought. Drought or long dry season will lower nectar production and then reduce honey production. Honey production and sales increased during 1999-2002 period, but then decreased from 2003 to 2004 because of a long dry season and market disturbance in Middle east, due to Iraqi war. Honey business with 100 bee colonies within 1 year is feasible since it can gain B/C ratio of 1,27. Hence the business is feasible with payback period of 0,91 year or 11 months. Promotion by marketing penetration on the right marketing segment is needed to increase bottled honey sales. Sale location unpacked honey should be separated from bottled honey as their prices are significantly different. Therefore, consumers have no choice in honey purchasing.
