This Research is based for fact progressively the inrcasing of use of Information Technology which using of by party of banking to give maximal service to client. Others, this research also inspiration from research conducted by Mc. Keen At.,Al. (1994) testing influence participate consumer to satisfaction of consumer with factor of contingency as variable moderating,and also the reseach conducted by Lawrence and Low (2003) testing influence participate consumer with other;dissimilar variable like support of management culminate,previous experience and expectation with computer to customer satisfaction. From result of this research is that insufficient just participation to create satisfaction of information system consumer, besides invited to participate expected by consumer of information system is also entangled emotionally, so that they do not only join in either through physical in system development of information but is also involved psychically, so that they feel that system developed and the existing system represent a[n which is the necessary for them individually and also organizationally. To entangle customer emotionally,what require to be paid attention to the number of time used in system development information. More and more and often the customer involved and involved in by entire/all step of system development information, or more and more time used to be got mixed up with by a system development information,is hence created by a involvement emotionally in existing system,others with many its time used in system development information.
