Specified target have to be strived can reach. Needed various effort for that. Election of strategy not yet enough. Condition in field claim company to always live with in. Commutation of strategy is a choice. But not always that thing who make better performance. Sometime enough modification or change conducted to existing strategy. So that conducted sacrifice remain to in corridor of efesien, effective, and economic.
