The aim of this research is analyzing of Deposit and Lend Cooperation which is fulfill or not fulfill of health Deposit and Lend Cooperation standard, its also analyzing the influence of The Health Appraisal of Deposit and Lend Cooperation to growing Deposit and Lend Cooperation. This research describe all the obstacles which cause The Deposit and Lend Cooperation fulfill of their health appraisal. The health standard of Deposit and Lend Cooperation is a standard that determined by Dinas Koperasi, Pengusaha Kecil dan Menengah Kabupaten Pasuruan. Appraisal is using a system credit score which is state by score 0 – 100. The appraisal is using a description method by analyzing appropriate to Deposit and Lend Cooperation healthy standard. There are 4 (four) categories of standard quality, there are Good, Rather Good, Lack of Good, and Bad. The result of this research shows that some of Deposit and Lend Cooperation in Kabupaten Pasuruan are health categories. The cooperation which in lack of health categories was caused by some of debitors disobey the payment schedule
