Pengaruh stres kerja dan efktivitas negative terhadap pemberdayaan psikologis terhadap kepuasan kerja

Service concept developed by a hospital in this time is customer oriented that is a service majoring customer satisfaction (patient). But that way, strive this leave for back with fact in field that nurses face some psychical and psychological problems referring to their role, so that cause at the increasing of day amount take care of at home the pain, death and painfulness number and also the negligence case. Work load high nurse, is not adequate it sum up and kualifikasi nurse and also the nurse health condition can cause stress at work. This research aim to do comprehend relation which comprehensive between variable work stress, negative affectivity, psychological empowerment, work satisfaction. Taking obyek type A hospital research in East Java by sample as much 296 nurses expected obtainable of conclusion hit performance nurse at hospital. Using Structural Equation Modelling, result of this research conclude that work stress and negative affektivity influence directly and also indirectly to psychological empowerment and the work satisfaction. But there is finding draw that negative affectivity do not have an effect on psychological empowerment. Meanwhile the indicator most dominant influencing work stress is role ambiguity, indicator influencing negative afektivitas is so easy surpriseded, indicator influencing psychological empowerment is meaning, indicator influencing work satisfaction is promotion.
