This paper examined the post-privatizatin both of financial and market performance of State-ownedcompany (BUMN) The findigs indicated that there was on significant increase in financial performance after privatization. All variables tested were statistically the same between before and after privatization. However, market performance showed significant result in cumulative abnormal in 16 tahun month. It meant that, investing in BUMN could give a significant return after investing at least six months.
