The objective of the study is to explore the organization need on information technology in the case of attemed radical change at the Lambung Mangkurat Universuty On Banjarmasinand aimed at understanding organization creativity attemed radical change to information technology development. This study of interest, then are strategies and techniques that can be employed to support information technology enable reengineering. Key to such reengineering is creativity. And data collected by a key information interview and monitoring field research. The method of the study is using kualitatif method, so that effort to know, to finding and also depicting exhaustively regarding Information Technology Development Creativity Group ( A Case Study Attemed Radical Change At The Lambung University on Banjarmasin) can be condudted. The study result indicated that clear targets and supports the rector have influenced the creativities of the information technology development team in engineer to radically. Knowledge and experience of team member are the important for the successfulness of development repeat, giving of full autonomy and appreciation can motivate team to be more have creativity. Besides group diversity can affect positive to team member because earn to conduct conversion of science so that information technology development can motivation in have creativity and innovate.
