Analisis persepsi dan preferensi konsumen terhadap merek rokok yang beredar di Malang

Problems which told in this research is how and perception of preferensi consumer to cigarette brand circulating in Malang City. Target of this research is to know and perception of referensi consumer to cigarette brand circulating in Malang City. From mapping of scalling multidimensional seen that cigarette of Djie Sam Soe and warehouse Salt of Surya reside in I kuadran and each other bunching up matter this means Warehouse Salt of Surya is near by competitor [of] Djie Sam Soe, happened emulation [at] price attribute and quality. Kuadran III occupied by brand smoke Sampoerna A Mild and of kuadran IV occupied by Marlboro. Of result processing of analysis of multidimensional scalling obtained by value of stress equal to 0,063 and value of R2 = 0,95. Matter this means acceptable, mean habit represent input data good enoughly. Preception of consumer to brand smoke Malang City is 45 people assume that price smoke per costly bale, 73 people not like cigarette felt menthol, 66 people [do] not like cigarette concidering high nicotine, 56 people major cigarette brand, 48 people assume to smoke selected barnd can influence prestige, 34 people affect by cigarette advertisement, 51 people have no simpathy with tidiness of cigarette with colour which striking, 99 people major hygiene of cigarette, and all cigarettes took a fancy to available responden kios or shop closest. Consumer preferensi to brand smoke [in]worse luck is cigarette of Dji most pre-eminent Sam Soe [at] attribute feel, price, quality of product, presstige, and image. Most pre-eminent Marlboro attribute of desain tidiness, and Warehose Salt of Surya most pre-eminent amenity attribute get.
