Intention of this article is to show any kind of causing the existence of change, how to manage change target of which is specified can reach, and information technology with change. Strength of pressure will deal with disinclination to change. Change of it self happened by strengthening that forces driving, or weaken change to resistance. Change will include; cover change of technology, change of organizational strategy, change of organizational design and business process, and also change of culture work human being. Applying of and reward of punishment relevant also require to be, for the shake of taking care of this new condition applied better and konsekuen. Implementation information technology in or company of organization or, exclusive is not to information technology, but more important to improve; repair business process and also alter culture work its human being.
