Pengaruh pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas kesehatan propinsi Sulawesi Tengah

This research aim to analyse influence of compensation and training to officer performance at Middle Public Health Service Province Sulawesi. This research is including of survey. Population at this research entireat Middle Public Service Province Sulawesi counted 232 one who consist of faction of I-IV, with method intake of technique using sample of Stratified sampling random. Result of research indicate that training (X1) and compensation (X2) by simultan have an effect on to officer performance at middle Public Health Service Province Sulawesi. By parsial, training variable have an effect on positively to officer performance that is equal to 36,12% and compensation variable have an effect on positively to officer performance equal 9,85%. This matter indicated that by parsial, training variable have influence oh larger ones that is equal to 0,601 compared to compensation variable.
