Total Quality Management (TQM) is a approach in running effort to maximize organizational competitiveness by continues repair of product, service, human being, process and environment.TQM more is emphasizing at involvement of employees, that for require to be supported by system appreciation of which can made by mechanism to motivate employee in improve performance. Target of this research is to know PT. Uni Ratna Gading Mandala (Gold Taxi). Variable Research use Total Quality Management, System Appreciation, and Manager Performance. This Research used sensus because all population member as sample. So that the amount of sample in this research counted 17 responder that is manager. Data collecting obtained trough answer of quitioner of responder. Technique analysis data use analysis double linear regression, hypothesis test use F test and t test. Pursuant to result of solution and analysis, hence this research can be concluded that Total Quality Management appreciation system and have positive influence to Manager Performance. Total Quality Management have an affect on positive to Manager Performance, and appreciation system have an effect on positive to Manager Performance.
