This empirical study aimed at investigating the impact of organizational commitment system of the board in charge and staff performance on the organizational effectiveness. The data was gathered from Baitul Maal Wattamwil (BMT) entities in Palu. There hypothesis have been proposed with the following results: (1) organizational commitments of the board in charge and staff performance have simultaneous influential impact on the organizational effectiveness, (2) evidences have been found regarding the direct effect of organizational commitment of the board in charge on organizational and the indirect impact of organizational commitment (3) staff performances have positive effect on the effectivitas of organization in the context of Baitul Maal Wattamwil (BMT) business units.

Deskripsi Alternatif :
