The research aimed to find out the stock-related reaction of the 2005 Annual Report Award notification. Method used in this research was event study. It was used to find out whether there was any stock-related reaction from investors or not. Data used in the research was all corporations accepting the 2005 annual report award listed in the Stock Exchange of Jakarta. The result of the research indicated that at the 2005 Annual Report Award (ARA) notification, the result of t-test showed 3,423 and t-table was 2,262. It meant that Ha was accepted and Ha was rejected because t-test was higher than t-table or significant. It meant that there was significant stock-related reaction when the 2005 Annual Report Award was notified and the notification had interesting information for investors in stock market
