The objectives of the present are to (1) analyze the influence if confensation, interpersonal relationship, opportunity to gain advancement, and working condition variables on the work satisfaction of the nurses at public region hospital at Biak; and ()
Analyze wich among compensation, interpersonal relationship, opportunity to gain advencement, and work condition variables which have the most dominant influence un the work satisfaction of nurses at public region hospital at Biak. The hypotheses proposed are as follows: (1) It is hypothesized that the compensation, interpersonal relationship,opportunity togain advancement and work condition variable have significant influence on the work satisfaction of nurses at public region hospital at Biak. (2) it is hypothesized that compansation variables has the dominant compansation on the work satisfaction of nurses at public region hospital at Biak. The techniques used to analyze data was multiple regression and to tests the hypotheses, f-tests and t-tests were used. The result of testing the first hypothesis proved that the compansation, interpersonal relationship, opportunity to gain advancement variables give significant influence on the work satisfaction of the nurses at public region hospital at Biak. Based on the partial significance tests (t-tests), it is known that the work satisfaction of nurses at public region hospital at Biak was influenced by compansation, interpersonal relationship, opportunity to gain advancement variables, while the work condition variable did not give significant influence on the work satisfaction. Among the variables with the most significant influence was compansation and it gave the most domunant influence on the work satisfaction of the nurses, so the second hypothesis was accepted.
