Analisis nilai tambah dan kelayakan usaha pada agroindustri tempe di Kota Lhokseumawe (kasus pada agroindustri tempe sumber wahyu)

Fermented soybean cake have opportunity for labor absorption and labor productivity increase, value added increase and distribution income for all of marketing unit fermented soybean cake in Lhokseumawe city. The purpose research is to analyze about value added, profit and fairness of Sumber Wahyu fermented soybean cake production and business prospect analyze of fermented soybean cake agroindustries. e Methodologi research is case study. The result research show about input use is soybean about 2000 kg and production cost about Rp. 1.229.188,89 with total value of production fermented soybean cake about Rp. 1.333.340,00, and total income of craftsman about Rp. 104.151,11 for each product process. In each kilogram soybean, value added earnings about Rp. 1.910,76 or 28,66% from production value. Net Present Value (NPV) of prospect five years about Rp. 31.658.539 or NPV>0 is Rp. 31.658.539, NBCR > 1, is 1,75, IRR = 32,96% more than rate about 14% and than BEP be at 4 years and 10 months and 14 days. From economic analyze fermented soybean cake agroindustries of Sumber Wahyu give good advantage for craftsman and have provit to do it.
