This study was done in Polytechnic State of Sriwijaya Palembang and aimed at understanding the effect of computer self efficacy on the organizational commitment. This study uses data collected by a survey on user of computer in Polytechnic State of Sriwijaya Palembang, using simple random sampling method with amount of sample 94 respondent. Independent variables in this study are computer training, computer experience, computer staff support, ease of system use. Then, dependent variables are computer self-efficacy and organizational commitment. The study result indicate that training of computer and computer staff support had positive and significant effects on computer self-efficacy. Computer Self Efficacy had positive and significant effects on the organizational commitment.
