This research aims to test the influence of environment uncertainty, organizational factors that include size of organization, sentralization, formalization, and maturity information system on utilization telecommunication technology on manufacturing firms. Respondents participating in this research are CEO, directors, vice presidents, information system managers, and executive under information system managers. This research used survey method with 70 samples. Analysis used multiple regression to examine influence environment uncertainty, size of organization, sentralization, formalization and maturity information system on utilization telecommunication technology. The result shows that environment uncertainty, size of organization and maturity information system are significant influence on utilization telecommunication technology. Although sentralization, and formalization are not significant influence on utilization telecommunication technology.
