This study attempted to analize micro credit management model of small business based on baence score card perspective for surfifal and competitiveness,i.e., in terms of learning and growth persepective (HRD), Internal business process, marketing, and financial perspective and integrated in management vision and mission. This study integrated both exploratory and and confirmatory research which manifested an applied research. The unit of analysis in building the ,odel was the participants of Small business whitin Sengguruh, in kabupaten or regecy of Malang, East Jaa, Indonesia. The data were otained by well-preared questionnaire and analyzed by using factor analysis. The respondent were segmented accordin to the community and they were segmented in connfor whit the factor identified in order to design an appropriate micro credi management model based n the characteristics and ehavior as well. The reseach identicated five dimensions reresentin the behavior in the area of Sengguruh the were: 1) Marketing; 2) Internal business process; 3) Human resource Development and 4) Finance factors. All of those factors represented the balance score 13 percent was careless, 26 percent was less attentive, and 61 percent of 100 responents perceived positively on balance score card perspective.
