Pengaruh konflik antar karyawan terhadap prestasi kerja (studi kasus pada karyawan biro SDM dan umum perum, perhutani unit II Jawa Timur)

Conflict is controversy between two or more side about one thing, where one side feel inappropriate with the other side. Conflict can be arise between one individual with other individual, individual e\with his group, and one group with other group. In one organization that consist of some individual, there is possibility one conflict occurred, especially conflict that happen between individual (worker). This research will deeply discussed about causal factors of conflict between workers, as idea differences, miscommunication, disadvantage feeling and sensitive feeling toward work performance of Human Resources Department and Forestry Public Company Unit II East Java. Analysis technical that is used in this research is double linier regression analysis. And the equation result of this research is:
Y = 7,614 + 0,244 X1 + 0,180 X2 + 0,234 X3 + 0,248 X
Based on first hypothesis finding, significantly, there is simultaneous impact between four conflict variables (idea differences, miscommunication, disadvantage feeling and sensitive feeling) against worker performance and second hypothesis shows that significantly, four conflict variables have partial impact against work performance Determination coefficient (R) of this research id 0,061, it is means 60,1% variation of work performance can be explained by four independent variables, that are idea differences, miscommunication, disadvantage feeling and sensitive feeling. And 39,9% shows worker performance is influenced by other factors.
