This research was aimed at knowing that there was a correlation between incentive delivery with working productivity of employee in PT Rubber. Out-Sole Industry Lawang, Malang. Respondents in this research were 150 workers in production division of PT Rubber Victory, Out-Sole Industry Lawang. 72 of them were used as samples using purposivenon-random sampling technique. The data gathered using two kinds of scale, Incentive scale and Productivity scale. Data obtained in this research was then tabulated and analyzed using statistics method of Product Moment_Karl Pearson.
