Objective of this reseach are to analyse the influence of motivasitional variables that
comprise of physiological, safety, security, social and rewarding needs, as well as self-actualization toward the work achievement level of the Civil Servant of Class-I, Class-II, Class-III. As well as Class-IV at the governmental institution of Yapen Waropen Regency. Second, it is intended to analyze the most dominant and significant anfluence among the motivational variables toward the work achievement level of the Civil Servant at the Class-I and Class-II, if it is arrenged in a hierarchy of needs, have several needs that influence their work achievment. They are physiogical, safety and security, self actualization, social and rewarding needs. Result of the multi-regression analysis above shows that the motivasional factors of the Civil Servant at Class-III an IV, if it is arranged in a hierarchy of needs, which influence their work achievement are self-actualization, rewarding, social, and physiological needs, as wellas safety and security needs.
