The purposes of this research were (1) to find out how to know the influence of assets structure, the growth of selling, and return on asset of finance structure. (2) to know which variab.e among the tree variables mentioned above that significantly influenced the finance structure. The result of research showed that the tree independent variables, namely assets structure, the growth of selling and return on asset significanly influenced the finance structure. However, partially only the variable of asset structure influenced the finance structure. The companies were unable to get profit if return on asset was always negativwe. Thus, the companies should have made efforts in fulfilling their finance needs through functioning optimum benefit of their own finance. It was because the use of external financial capital would decrease the level of the company profit.

Deskripsi Alternatif :
