This research is designed to analyze the relationship between the employee work performance and predicting variables by using the combination of a descriptive research and an explanatory research. A descriptive research is used to describe the leadership and power; organizational climate; achievement motivation, job satisfaction, and performance. The variables researches are: Task oriented leadership, Relationship oriented leadership, Position power, Personal power, Organizational climate, Achievement motivation, Job Satisfaction, Performance Explanatory research is used to explain the influence of leadership and power on labor performance through organizational climate, achievement motivation, and job satisfaction. The analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling analysis and the result are as the following: Leadership have non significance influence direct effect on labor performance. Task oriented leadership and relationship oriented leadership have significance indirect effect in negative influences on labor performance through job satisfaction and organizational climate. Position power and personal power have non significance on labor performance directly and indirectly. Job satisfaction and organizational climate have significance influence on labor performance, but achievement motivation have non significant influence. Relationship oriented leadership has negative influence on job satisfaction. It is recommended that task oriented should be given more emphasis rather relationship behavior.
