Profitability is the key how to improve the existency of all profit organizations; the role of leadership is important in management, motivating officier and all employees to increase of trust and satisfaction of consumer; governmental with regulation limiting and taxation, the attention and some of society care about environment, and anticipation on condition of economics condition of economics which difficult predict. One of the potencial industry in giving contribution incoe of government which always increase every year, can be able permeate high enough labour especially in rural is cigarette industry. The small (III A type) and very small (IIIB type) of cigarette kretek hand made industry which permeating meny labour to spread over many rural in almost all towns and districts in East of Java. So, how to improve the profitability of the small type of cigarette kretek hand made industry business organization is the topic of this research. Analysis model are descriptive analysis, factor analysis is continued with multiple regression analysis.

Deskripsi Alternatif :
