Prior to the implementation of software development project it is commonly performed some estimation, such as: how much times taken to perform the project (scheduling), what efforts made to conduct it, and how many people (staffs) will be involved in the project execution. Using the method of COCOMO II, certain software can be estimated its needs of efforts and schedules. Knowing the efforts and schedules, a multi-project timetable can be established for some software being developed. So far, estimates of times and staffing in dynamic and multi-projected manner are difficult to calculate. Therefore, it is necessary to find the solution with heuristic approach. Comparing several heuristic approaches the most optimal solution can be searched. If there is a change in the schedule, then all the project activities will be rescheduled rapidly.

Deskripsi Alternatif :
