Perbandingan tingkat efisiensi investasi jaringan jalan menggunakan model user equilibrium (UE) dan system optimum (SO)

System development of network walke in Indonesia, till now always collide head on with available fund constrain. With this constrain, investment at network walke must be done as efficient as possibly with stipulating of priority scale, as according to urgency storey level of problem of and expected benefit. Performance network analysis walke in this time is generally done with approach of equilibrium with assumption that each every consumer walke on a long term will choose route which do not enable again to be lessened by the expense of him. In framework of optimalisasi road network, approach of equilibrium not yet can give efficient picture how planned handling scheme, recommendation the given is not most optimum solution to overcome existing problems. One of the alternative model encumbering capable to give indication mount efficiency of usage a network walke is with approach of optimum system. Concept approach of based on optimum system of assumption that in a network walke there are a system solution of perutean giving the expense of most system of minimum. With this approach will be able to trace by critical point from a network walke and indicator mount efficiency usage of road network capacities.
