ANALISIS KINERJA KARYAWAN KANTOR PELAYANAN PAJAK (KPP) BATU

This research is intended to analyze the employee performance by estimating through the variables, namely; education, training, discipline, reward, and environment. The instrument used in this analysis is a questionnaire in order to collect the primary data. The items are developed from the concept of performance which is implemented of the “Kantor Pelayanan Publik (KPP) Batu“. Linear regression is employed in this analysis with alpha 5 %. The results show that three variables estimated are proud to significant in influencing the employee’s performance while education is insignificant
