MOTIVASI, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KECAMATAN

This study aims to examine several aspects that influence employee performance districts namely motivation, leadership and organizational culture. Research is at the district office in the city of Malang. The method used is the method of quantitative surveys. The study population includes 33 employees as respondents. The analysis technique used validity, reliability, analytical description and inferential statistics. The results showed that (1) Perceptions of employee motivation Kedungkandang highest districts are meeting the basic needs ie basic salary and allowances received adequate. Perception highest leadership style is the involvement of subordinates to develop a work program. Perceptions of organizational culture is highest in bekerja.Persepsi employees have the honesty of the highest employee performance is the quality of employees working quite well, especially the accuracy of the work. (2) Motivation, leadership style and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the District Office Kedungkandang Malang City. (3) The dominant motivation for employees to improve performance at the District Office Kedungkandang Malang City.
