Employee performance assessed based on the performance of duties and responsibilities given to each individual. For those involved in the operation of the company rewarded the achievements and penalties for errors made. This study aims to determine the effect of Psychological Empowerment, Empowering Leadership, and Performance Measurement System to Intrinsic Motivation on First Line Banking Employees. This research is a quantitative research. The data used are primary data was a questionnaire using Likert scale 1-5 and consists of 36 items of questions. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The study population numbered 628 employees from 7 BPR in Buleleng, the sample is the first line of management in the banking sector that is 35 people. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression model. The results showed that the Psychological Empowerment, Empowering Leadership, and Performance Measurement System, has significant and positive effect on Intrinsic Motivation in First-Line Banking Employees using a significance level of 5%.
