The purpose of this research were (1) to find out how to know the influence of assets stucture, the growth of selling, and return on asset to finance stucture. (2)to know which variable among the three variables mentioned above that significantly influenced the finance structure. The result of research showed that the three independent variables, namely assets stucture, that growth of selling and return on assets significantly influenced the finance structure. However, pertially only the variable of assets stucture influanced the finance stucture. The companis were unable to get profit it return on asset was always negative. Thus, the companies should have madee effort in fulfilling their finance needs through functioning optimum benefit of their own finance. It was because the use of external financial capital would decrease the level of the company profit.

Deskripsi Alternatif :
