One of the most technology revolutions happens in information technology. This new era clearly appears in the increase of investment in telecommunication, hardware and software of computer for companies in many industrial sector including finance industry. This research tried to analyze the influenze of TI investment to company operational performance. Research method used was explanatory research. Data used in this research was secondary data obtained from company annual report published in Jakarta Stock Exchange (BEJ), Singapore Stock Exchange and other supporting publications. population in this research was finance industry which "go public" in Jakarta Stock Exchange (BEJ). The number was 59companies and 34 companies in Singapore Stock Exchange whereas the sample number from Indonesia was 51 companies and from Singapore was 31 companies. Research result found that by doing TI investment, selling and growth, employees productivity and value added could be increased, but the influence that made cost down was not found.
