This study attempted to analyze micro credit management model of small business based on balance score card perspective for survival and competitiveness, i.e. in terms of learning and growth perspective (HRD), internal business process, marketing, and financial perspective and integrated in management vision and mission. This study integrated both exploratory and confirmatory research which manifested an applied research. The unit of analysis in building the model was the participants of Small Business within Sengguruh, in kabupaten or regency of Malang, East Java, Indonesia. The data were obtained by a well-prepared questionnare and analyzed using factor analysis. The respondents were segmented according to the community and they were segmented in conform with the factors identified in order to design an appropriate micro credit management model based on the characteristics and behavior as well. The research indicated five dimensions representing the behavior in the area of Sengguruh they were: 1) Marketing; 2)Internal Business Process; 3) Human Resource Development; and 4) Finance factors. All of those factors represented the balance score, 13 percent was careless, 26 percent was less attentive, and 61 percent of 100 respondents perceived positively on score card perspective.
