The Objective of the study is to explorethe organization need on information technology in the case of attemed radical change at the Lambung Mangkurat University On Banjarmasin and aimed at understanding organization creativity attemed radical change to information technology development. This study of interest, then are strategies and techniques that can be employed to support information technology enable reengineering. Key to such reengineering is creativity. And data collected by a key informan interview and monitoring field research. The method of the study is using kualitatif method. So that effort to know, to finding and also desplicting exhaustively regarding information technology Develeopment Creativity Group (A Case Study Attamed Radical At The Lambuing Mangkurat University On Banjarmasin) can be conducted. The study result indicate that clear targets and supports the rector have influenced the creativities of the information technology development team in engineer to radically. Knowledge and experience of team member are the important for the succesfulness of development repeat, giving of full autonomy and appreciation can motivate team to be more have creativity. Besides group diversity can affect positiveto team member because earn to conduct convertion of science so that information technology development can motivation in have creativity and innovate.
