The research is designed to analyze the relationship between the employees work performance and producting variable by using the combination of a descriptive research and an explanatory research. A desicriptive research is used to describe the leaderhip and power: Organizational climate; achievement motivation, job satisfaction, and performance. The variables researched are: Task oriental leadership , Relationship oriented leadership, Position power. Personal power, organizational climate. Achievement motivation. Job satisfaction, and performance,. The variables researched are: Task oriented leadership, Relationship oriented leadership, Position power. Personal power. Organizational climate, achievement and power on labor performance though organizational climate, achievement motivation, and job satisfaction. The analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling analysis and the result are as in the following: Leadership have non significance influence direct effect on labor performance. Task oriented leadership and relationship oriented leadership have significance indirect effect in negative influence on labor performance through job satisfaction and organizational climate. Position power and Personal Power have non significance influence on labor performance directly. Job satisfaction and organization climate have significance influence on labor performance, but achievement motivation have non significance influence. Relationship oriented leadership has negative influence on job satisfaction it is recommended that task oriented should be given more emphasis rather relationshp behavior
