Machine and equipment production which have the good condition will be able to improve effectifitas and efficiency from production process. Machine that used continously will lessen level of readiness of machine. Crane machine at PT. Boma Bisma Indra (BBI) Pasuruan very influence to activity produce as distribution material and also appliance evacuation. In effort to take care level of readiness of crane machine in order to can be used maximally so that production continuity earn well guaranted, so required a treatment of activity. The problems that happened at PT. Boma Bisma Indra Pasuruan is ditermine interval time of optimal treatment from both of the crane machine. According to the problem, so method reliability analysis applied to get optimal treatment interval, In method reliability analysis initially have known the record of time to failure and record of time to repair, then conducted a distribution of a damage parameter through kolmogorov-smirnov test. After distribution type and also the distribution parameter known, then conducted MTTF calculation (Mean Time to Failure) and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair). The next calculation value of reliability from each machine and also assess reliability of machine serially. From analysis result we got interval time of treatment of crane machine A is 480.3 operation time, crane machine B is 417.7 time operation. If this preventive maintenance used, so maintenance time interval will be increase. Time interval value maintenance estimation (MTTFe) for crane machine A is 741.7 time operation, crane machine B is 64l time operation.
