This abstract described many things about organizational change started from understanding of organization, supporting factors and it is consequences. Beside that, it is presented by two models of organizational change with completed each other and comprehensively explained external environment factors as supporting powers of changing organization, like : globalization, competition, economic condition, government regulation, technology, demography, social etc. In order, an organization can develop that the changing of the external environment are needed to be respon by many kinds of internal changing organization, like : changing strategies, structure, practical management, leadership, organizational culture, systems and procedure, also individual values, which them influence to motivation and reachid performance even by the employees or organization. Each type of organizational change will create consequences that different each other, in order, needed strategies to handle them in different ways.
