Healthis lifestyle, because of that health service is needed more and more. People become more critical to the quality of the services and helath sector. Consumer satisfaction become the kay of succes for the healthcare service business. This research is aiming at the consumer perception about the quality of maternity Clinic (MC) services in Banjarmasin, with quality dimension like: Reability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty,and tangibels. The result shows that quality of MC service according to consumer perception is quite good, and consumer also says that they are satisfied with all services given by MC. The influence of service quality (X) with consumer satisfaction (Y) MC is positive. And service quality that have most dominant influence to consumer satisfaction is Emphaty (care and communications).
