Personal selling is resource determining subject to the success of the insurance gain. For this, the development to work competence, performance and reward. The importance of the research is to find out which factors are the most dominant in the personnel selling development method. The research approach used is explanatory research with the purposive sampling and individual analysis unit. The method analysis is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The research result showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between the educational, training and experience variables and work competence, work competence and performance and performance and reward. This, personal selling development through the educational as the most way, because it’s can increase performance and reward.
