Various programs of tackling the poverty have already been conducted by some institutions with their different level of succes. However, those expected outcomes were frequently not optimal. The succes of handling with proverty problems depends highly on the understanding, perception and beliefs of the actors engaged in the process of the causing the problem and its sources. A viewpoint or paradigm employed by those institutions will determine intervention and the approach to overcome the problem P2KP suggested that the main sources of proverty problem were coming from the erosion of humanity values. Thus the way to overcome it should be initiated from emerging the common sense and collectiveness of any parties. This is a relatively new paradigm, cause which it is necessary to find ways of making the actors understand and believe it, by both government and community, trough the process of critical awareness.
