The quality of human resource is an expected factor to create competitive advantage. This epectation arise because of the unique of human resource and create core competency as well. To reach the core competition required an internal development process that based on the organization resources. Internal process development requires the overall change of the arrangement of human resource in organization. This is due to the change of the external environment dynamically. Further, the labor need not just financial compensation but also non financial as well. So, career is not only interpreted as a job level, but a psychology as well. In an organization, the management of career level is an activity and change to assist human to develop suitable to their need. The management of career level consists of career planning, training and development, assesment of organization performance, target, job rotation, and job promotion. There are three key relationship among organization structure and management career status such as core managerial competencies, core managerial competencies compositions, and management of career status model. From the three models, there are tendency that structure of career level shown of traditional structure model, network and cellular.
