High flexibility on the production process can happen with the support of the supporting system, and also needs monitoring and controlling to ensure the stability of production process. In making the system, it is needed an ability in every production element to have autonomy in making decision which is totally integrated and has a distributed production control system. The problem is how to build a production process control handling information system from the design until the product is being manufactured in production department in order to make the production process in PT. INKA faster. This study tries to use data input system from production department using sort massage service system, where the system is having rapid development is wireless world, and also can provide real information in its usage. The result of this study is that there is new system which ensure the fulfilling need of the user and able to support effectiveness and performance efficiency of the PPC and production department in order to make it easier for PT. INKA to increase the speed of its production.
