The objectives of the present research are to (1) analyze the influence if compensation, interpersonal relationship, opportunity to gain advancement, and working condition variables on the work satisfaction of the nurses at Dr Haulussy Kudamati at Ambon; and (2) analyze wich among compensation, interpersonal relationship, opportunity to gain advancement, and work condition variables which have the most dominant influence on the work satisfaction. The hypothesis proposed are as follows: (1) It is hypothesized that the compensation, interpersonal relationship, opportunity to gain advancement and work condition variables have significant influence on the work satisfaction. (2) It is hyphotesized that compensation variable has the dominant compensation on the work satisfaction. The techniques used to analyze data was multiple regression. The result of testing the first hyphotesis proved significant influence on the work satisfaction. Based on the partial significance test (t-test), it is known that the work satisfaction by compensation, intrpersonal relationship, opportunity to gain advancement variables, while the work condition variable did not give significant influence on the work satisfaction. Among the variables with the most significant influence was compensation and it gave the most dominant influence on the work satisfaction of the nurses, so the second hyphitesis was accepted.

Deskripsi Alternatif :
