Outbond Management Training (OMT) is mostly used by the company to develop its organization and human resources. There are many education institution like this in Indonesia establised in different level of its professionalism, program completeness and equipment. The training concentrates on personal development in establishing the ability of initiative. Leadership, communication, decision making, cooperation, risk, responsibility, and trust. The training effectivity can be reached through five processes, namely, action, discussion, reflection, the influence of training material variabel, training facility of OMT both partially and in group toward the level of manager ability in making decision. Based on the result of analysis, it can be concluded that independent variable simultaneously has siginificanly to the manager’ to the manager’s ability level in decision making.
