Pengaruh aspek kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dosen dan karyawan (studi kasus di Universitas Merdeka Malang)

Each organization management really need to concern strongly to the organization members satisfaction. This is do to the satisfaction is one of the desicive factor of organization performance. Further more, the research aims are to describe all aspects of job satisfaction and to identify which variables are dominantly effect to the job satisfaction, and also to identify the differencess between lecturer and administrative worker satisfaction. This research is explanative research and the number of research samples are 105 respondens consist of 49 lecturers and 56 administrative workers. In determining the sample number, this research applies the proportional simple random sampling method. The result show that sll the six variables such as salary (x1), extra salary (x2), incentive (x3), job promotion (x4), controller (x5), in fact, dominantly effect to the job satisfaction. And by integrated analysis, in reality, working partner (x6) has dominantly effect to the job satisfaction. Additionally, result of Z test demonstrates that among the job satisfaction perspective of lecturer and administrative worker, in fact, administrative worker more satisfy than lecturer (by significant level of 5%).
