The research emphasizes more to consumer behavior because it is uncontrolled factor (external) by marketer. And the marketing strategy and mix marketing is controlled factor (internal) by marketer and can be anticipated before the research aims: (1) to analyse the internal behavior factors which is considered by costumers in consuming the Surya Newspaper in Malang City; (2) to analyse the most considerable factor of the internal factors by consumer in buy decision the Surya Newspaper in Malang City. The research is done in Malang City which includes five districts they are: Klojen, Kedung Kandang, Lowokwaru, Blimbing, and Sukun is the target population of the research is the people of Malang (in a family) who are consuming the newspaper in 6 month ago the determination of sample of the research uses sampling purposive. The determination of sample capacity in each district must be proportional of sampling random. The total of variable that used is 24 variables. The analysis aids is factor analysis. The result of the research shows. There are 11 variable which are classified into 4 factors which have the same eigenvalue or bigger than 1 with varian total 56.378%. The four internal behavior factors which is considered by costumers in consuming the Surya newspaper in Malang City based on the varian % they are: (1) economical condition factor (21,497%); (2) knowledge factor and life style (13,818%); (3) culture an sub-culture factor (11,604%); (4) Family factors (9,459%). And the internal behavior factor which is considered by costumers in consuming the Surya newspaper in Malang City is economical situation factors.
