The system of work performance assessment and career management relate to each other. Often, work performance assessment considered to determine a career. Additionally, each labor has differences in running his career. That is due to the differences of the way to socialize, difference motivation and their behaviour as well. The difference of orientation cause to deifference assessment as well. This is career orientation to formulize career system development in an organization. There are four deferences of career concepts such as linear career concept, spiral, transitory and steady state.
