The study tries to analyze the influence of stress factors, consisting of district variable, organization, and human factor on the performance of employees of Dinas Perhubungan in Kota Ambon, and also to determine the most dominant variable among those estimates. By using the regrresion analysis is has been proved that the independent variable under consideration are significantly affecting the employees performance. Among those variables, district is the most influential to performace.

Deskripsi Alternatif :
